When we work on a painting project, we always take extra precautions to protect your home. This includes protecting your furnishings and floors from any splattered paint by moving all of your furniture to the center of the room — away from the walls to be painted — and covering it with sturdy plastic drop cloths. We also carefully cover the floors with tarps and rosin paper.
To ensure the highest quality painting job possible, we prepare every surface to be painted by carefully repairing wall defects with joint compound and then sanding to remove any rough areas.
When painting, we use a minimum of two coats of paint to ensure complete coverage and our experienced painters take care of every detail to create a beautiful finish.
Exterior Painting Preparations
We go the extra mile to guarantee that your exterior painting project is of the highest quality possible. This includes pressure-washing all of the areas to be painted to create a clean surface for painting. We also conduct a walk-through with our customers to determine any possible problem areas that need to be addressed prior to beginning work (this many include issues such as rotted wood or a need for tuckpointing or caulking). And, as with our interior painting services, we always protect the areas near the painting surface.
